Background Check Consent

Ridein Technologies, Inc (“Ridenroll”) Background Check & Continuous Monitoring Authorization
Review the following disclosure. To access the www.Ridenroll.com platform, you must undergo a background check. Ridein Technologies, Inc., referred to as “Ridenroll,” may obtain “consumer reports” and/or “investigative consumer reports” (background checks) about you from a consumer reporting agency in connection with your ability to enter into or maintain a business relationship with www.Ridenroll.com.
These reports may include information about your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living. The reports may also include information regarding your Social Security validation, criminal history, motor vehicle driving records (which may contain information about your physical, mental, or behavioral health maintained by a state government agency that has restricted your ability to drive legally), or other background checks.
In addition to the initial background check, you consent to ongoing and continuous monitoring throughout your relationship with Ridenroll. Continuous monitoring allows Ridenroll to receive real-time alerts of new criminal offenses, license status changes, or other relevant updates that may impact your eligibility to access the Ridenroll platform. This helps ensure the ongoing safety and compliance of all users.
I instruct and authorize Ridein Technologies, Inc. (“Ridenroll”) to obtain a consumer report(s) (or background check report(s)) on me, including any investigative consumer reports and any consumer credit reports. I also authorize Ridenroll and its background check provider to conduct ongoing background monitoring throughout my engagement with the platform. I agree that a copy of this form is valid like the signed original.
Ridenroll is partnered with Checkr to perform background checks and continuous monitoring services for candidates.

Payment Authorization:
You acknowledge and agree that a non-refundable background check fee will be charged to the card provided upon submission of this authorization. Your consent confirms your understanding of this charge and allows us to proceed with processing your application.
Please note that the review and processing of application documents typically take 30 days. By submitting your application and paying the non-refundable Solo Documents processing fee, you acknowledge and agree to this timeline. We will contact you with updates during this process.
